I've been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. I've built companies, led them through crises, realigned them, and developed them up to the exit. I know from personal experience: When a company is at a critical juncture, colorful slides and motivational slogans won't help. What counts then is clean root cause analysis, a viable decision, and implementation under real conditions. I am the sparring partner who stands in the ring with you until the issue is resolved.
